123456 Engineering
What you see is a slim white line. What you don't see is the engineering that keeps it straight, sealed and secure for years.
Inside our Aluva factoryHollow chambers inside the frame and sash trap air, insulating against heat and helping muffle outside noise.
Galvanised steel reinforcement runs inside the main chamber, keeping frames rigid, straight and screw-tight.
Continuous rubber gaskets seal where the sash closes on the frame, keeping out wind-driven rain and dust.
A deep glazing pocket holds sealed double-glazed units that soften street noise and slow the afternoon heat.
Profiles from Okotech and Yashpoly use a lead-free uPVC compound, made for Indian heat and humidity.
Drainage slots cut into the frame let any water that gets in run quietly back outside.

Made for this climate
South India asks more of a window than most places on earth. Rain, salt and storms. Here is how we answer.
3,000mm
of rain a year, on average, across Kerala
Double gaskets and hidden drainage keep the monsoon on the glass, not on your floor.
590km
of Kerala coastline, and the salt air that comes with it
uPVC does not rust, rot or attract termites, and it never needs painting.
Oct–Dec
cyclone and northeast monsoon season on the Tamil Nadu coast
Steel-reinforced frames, multi-point locks and laminated or toughened glass options for exposed elevations.
An honest comparison
Every material has its virtues. Here is how they compare in a coastal, monsoon home.
For most homes in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, uPVC offers the best balance: sealed, quiet, cool and free of maintenance, in white or a warm wood-grain finish.

Finishes
A frame should belong to the architecture. Classic white, warm wood-grain laminates or deep modern tones, each with a finish that never needs painting.
Swatch colours are indicative. Okotech offers all seven finishes; Yashpoly and Unitech offer fewer. See the true finishes at our Aluva showroom.

Yes. Kerala receives about 3,000 mm of rain a year, and uPVC suits it well. Welded corners, double gaskets and hidden drainage channels keep wind-driven rain and dust outside. The material does not rust, rot or swell, and termites leave it alone. Correct installation matters as much as the frame, which is why our own team fits and seals every window we make.
Yes. Our factory and showroom are in Aluva, Ernakulam, a short drive from Kochi, Angamaly, Perumbavoor and Kalamassery. We measure at your home, make every frame in Aluva and send our own team to install it. The same team works across Kerala and in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. No painting, polishing or varnishing is needed. White uPVC is coloured right through, and the wood-grain and grey finishes are durable laminates. Wipe the frames with mild soapy water, keep the tracks and drainage slots clear of dust, and add a drop of light oil to hinges and locks now and then. A quick check before each monsoon keeps everything moving freely.
